Quick, anyone got a suggestion of what to do with my chicken "breast steaks" tonight? i have red and orange peppers, olives, capers, and other things. And lots of sauce.

You could grill the breasts, roast the peppers, and dice the peppers up with some of the other veg and garlic and maybe a bit of olive oil and/or vinegar-objects. Then use the resultant relish on the breasts.

OK, i take your suggestions. Thank you. Going to make another try at the Foreman. Should i oil them before grilling on the Foreman or anything?

It was good, though it needed about 30 percent more veggies, and some kinda sauce to moisten the chicken. (No time to marinate it, it was just at the store an hour ago.) Thanks Utopia chefs.
