Fleep's Grandpa's "Hamburger Heaven"

*1.5 pounds ground beef
*1/2 cup small diced celery
*1/4 - 1/2 cup sliced green pimiento stuffed olives (more or less to taste)
*1 big can diced or crushed tomatoes (depending on your chunkiness preference)
*2 cups small egg noodles
*8 slices american cheese  (i prefer the generic cheapest crap you can buy)


Brown ground beef, drain fat.  Add all the ingredients except the cheese, mix
thoroughly, put cheese in single layer on top, cover, cook on low until the
noodles are tender and the celery is no longer crunchy.

Dirties one dish, easy to make, the perfect white trash meal. ;)
