Easy. Spray a skillet with a PAM-type product and heat. Crack two eggs. As they turn white, drop in a jigger of water and slap a lid on. It's a cross between boiling and frying. Depending on how long they cook, you could have runny or hard-basted, which is like a hard-boiled yolk. I go for somewhere between, about medium basted. Some runny, some hard.

Oh, and there's no flipping involved. And since it cooks in water basically, you don't get burned brown parts.
