I bought a george foreman type grill yesterday - it's very nice. :) Anyone have any recommendations for things that they like to cook on it?

What *can't* you cook on the Foreman grill. Those things are the bees knees.

My favorite is pork loins marinated in soy sauce, fire oil, sesame oil, garlic, and a touch of honey.

Also, all kinds of grilled cheese sandwiches.

Heck, I used to throw a frozen turkey burger on there for like 7 minutes. Same for hamburgers or other types of frozen patties - no thawing necessary.

Asparagus (ok, not on a student's income). Slices of Zucchini and yellow squash. Firm tofu. Hamburgers (or turkey burgers or garden burgers). Fried spaghetti (seriously, cook spaghetti, ball it up with some sauce and throw it on the grill for a few minutes). Twinkies.

Fresh fish fillets are terrific on the Foreman.

Also, there should be a recipe book with the grill. Make the Tex-Mex burgers listed there. They are awesome. (I use turkey instead of beef.)

Jane, what is "fire oil"? (from the pork marinade above)

Let me look quick for the official name...

Mongolian Fire Oil, from House of Tsang. It's so good. A couple dashes of that on ramen makes it better.
